1. Free Listed on findingrehab.io directory badge
If your program has a public listing on findingrehab.io, you can place our standard Listed badge on your website at no cost to link families directly to your profile.
Get the Listed badge code for your program
Open your listing on this site and copy the address from the top of your browser. Or search for your program with the Search button at the top of this page.
2. Verified Partner seal (issued inside the provider portal)
Our official Verified Partner seal is reserved exclusively for organizations that have passed our state licensing and clinical leadership review and maintain an active Verified Partner or National Flagship membership. To prevent spoofing by unverified facilities, Verified Partner embed codes are never published on public pages.
- Issued privately upon verification: Once your claim and Verified Partner membership are active, your program's personalized embed snippet unlocks automatically inside your authenticated provider portal dashboard.
- Locked to your verified domain: Each Verified Partner seal checks that it is running on your program's authorized website domain before rendering and stays hidden on unauthorized websites.
- Save 30% for 12 months ($210/month): Place the free Listed badge above on your admissions, insurance, or footer page first, paste that live URL into your portal settings, and use code
BACKLINK30at checkout to lock in $210/month for 12 months ($1,080 saved over your first year).
What the Listed badge is, and what it is not
- It is free, and any program listed here can use it. You do not need an account to generate the Listed badge.
- It links to your own listing, so families who click it land on your phone number and details, not on anyone else's.
- It does not change your listing or where it appears in directory tables.
- It is not an endorsement. The Listed badge says your program has a public directory listing here. Only our domain locked Verified Partner seal (issued after credential review inside the provider portal) indicates that findingrehab.io has verified your active state licensing.
If something on your listing is wrong, fix it before you link to it: claim or correct your listing. Our how listings work page explains where listing details come from.
