Everything on findingrehab.io is general information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. The concierge is a short questionnaire that helps you sort listings. It is not a medical assessment, and it does not decide what care anyone needs.

Talk with a doctor, a licensed clinician or the treatment program about what care is right. Only they can assess a person's needs.

We are not a treatment provider

findingrehab.io does not provide treatment, and we do not work for any program listed here. Using the site does not create a relationship between you and us, or between you and any program. We do not recommend or endorse any program.

Listings may be wrong

Baseline directory listings come from public sources and have not been individually checked by our team. Even on profiles carrying the "Verified by findingrehab.io" badge, where we confirm regulatory licensing, accreditations, and direct intake lines on the verification date shown, details can change after our review. A listing may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. A program may have closed, moved, changed its services or stopped taking a kind of coverage.

"Lists Medicaid" or "Lists Medicare" means only that the program's public listing says it takes that coverage. It does not mean the program takes your plan or has openings. Always confirm with the program before you go, including the care it offers, the coverage it takes, the cost and whether it has openings.

Other websites

We link to other sites, like program websites, Google Maps and government sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Some program websites have forms that ask for your insurance details. Share your details only if you choose to.

Using the site

You may use findingrehab.io to look for care for yourself or someone else. Please do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, and do not use it to harm anyone.

Terms for treatment programs

These terms also apply when you use the provider portal to claim a listing, add a new facility or update a listing.

• Authority. You must be allowed to act for the program, like an owner, director or admissions lead. Do not claim or change a listing for a program you do not work for.
• Accurate information. What you send must be true and current, including the program's EIN and documents. When something changes, update your listing or tell us.
• Your account. Sign in with your own work email. Do not share your sign in codes. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
• What you may send. Plain facts about the program. Do not send the names, stories or health details of anyone the program has treated. Do not send ads, or claims you cannot back up, like success rates.
• Review. Our team reviews every claim, new facility and change before it goes live. We may ask for more proof, and we may reject a request. We may shorten or remove text that breaks these terms.
• Removal. We may remove a claim, a listing or your access if information is false, if you no longer act for the program, or if the portal is misused.
• Publishing. You allow us to publish the listing details you send on findingrehab.io. We never publish your EIN, your documents, your email address or your own phone number.
• Standard portal access is free; Verified Partner and Featured tiers are flat rate. Claiming or customizing a baseline listing in the provider portal costs nothing. Programs that elect to upgrade to a Verified Partner membership, Featured Placement showcase, or Sponsored slot pay a flat monthly or annual partnership fee under our advertising and partnership policy. We never charge per lead or per admission.
• What "Claimed by the program" and "Verified by findingrehab.io" mean. "Claimed by the program" means our team reviewed proof that the person who claimed the listing works for the program. "Verified by findingrehab.io" means our editorial team also confirmed the program's state behavioral health licensing, national accreditation, and direct admissions phone line, and that the program holds an active flat rate Verified Partner membership.

No guarantees

We provide the site "as is." We do our best to keep it useful, but we cannot promise it will always be available, accurate or free of errors.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, findingrehab.io and the people who build it are not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or relying on its listings. That includes choices about treatment or payment. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
