What "Lists private insurance" means
Every program in this section lists private insurance on a public profile, or in a government record we matched to it. That does not mean it takes your plan, or that it has openings.
A list of carriers is not proof of a network contract. A program can name your insurer and still be out of network for your plan. In network and out of network change what you pay, and the difference can be thousands of dollars.
When you call, give the program your plan name and member ID. Ask whether they are in network for that plan, and ask what you would owe. Do that before you travel and before you start treatment.
