findingrehab.io offers a free baseline directory listing and free profile customization for licensed facilities, alongside our flat-rate Verified Partner membership and capped sponsorship packages. 1. Standard Claimed Profile (Free)

Claim your existing directory page or submit a new licensed facility at no cost. You can upload up to 6 real facility photos (JPG or PNG) right when you sign up, and once approved you unlock the full custom profile editor in the provider portal: add your facility photo gallery, program headline, levels of care, clinical therapies and modalities, campus and living amenities, clinical and executive leadership, state license number and issuing authority, typical program length, self pay cost range, insurance coverage, direct intake phone number, and a 1,200 character program overview. Our team checks the program's state behavioral health license, Joint Commission or CARF accreditation, leadership and intake line, and the profile shows the verification date alongside your Verified Partner badge. How paid partner onboarding, activation, and cancellations work

Because every Verified Partner and Sponsored program must hold active regulatory licensing before any badge or advertisement goes live on findingrehab.io, paid tiers use a human-reviewed onboarding and entitlement workflow:

1. Sign in with your facility work email: Sign in to the provider portal with your work email (`name@yourprogram.org`) to claim your facility, view treatment center pricing, and select your desired tier.
2. Primary-source license & capacity verification (within 1 business day): Our partnerships team matches your subscription to your facility ID, verifies your active state behavioral health license and accreditation, confirms hub inventory availability (maximum 3 sponsors per state or specialty hub, and maximum 4 National Flagship partners sitewide; if a hub is full we refund your payment in full immediately), and configures your direct admissions notification email, forwarding number, and sponsor creative.
3. Entitlement activation: Once verified, we publish your Verified Partner profile or Sponsored slot configurations and email your confirmation.
4. Cancellations & renewals: Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time with no long-term contract. When a subscription is canceled or becomes past due, Verified Partner badges, forwarding numbers, and Sponsored placements are removed at the end of the paid billing period while your free Standard Claimed profile remains active.

What you can customize in the provider portal

Whether you use a Standard Claimed account or complete verification, the provider portal gives your admissions and clinical leadership direct control over how families see your program:

• Facility photo gallery (included free): Upload up to 6 real JPG or PNG photos of your campus, accommodations, and therapy spaces right when you sign up or anytime from your dashboard.
• Program headline and overview: Add a concise 140 character tagline and up to 1,200 characters introducing your clinical model, admissions process, and daily structure.
• Levels of care and clinical therapies: Check every level of care offered on site (detox, residential, PHP, IOP, outpatient, MAT, sober living, telehealth) and highlight specific evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, dual diagnosis care, trauma therapy, 12 step facilitation, or family programming.
• Campus and living amenities: Showcase private rooms, chef prepared meals, fitness centers, outdoor recreation, equine therapy, pet friendly policies, or executive workspaces.
• Licensing, leadership, and pricing transparency: Publish your state license number, licensing authority, year founded, medical and clinical directors, typical length of stay, and transparent self pay or out of pocket ranges.
• Direct intake phone and insurance check link: Replace public registry switchboard numbers with your direct 24/7 admissions line and link families straight to your online insurance verification form.
• Verification and placement requests: Request verification by our team inside your portal workspace.

What you need to claim or add a facility

• A work email at your program's domain, like name@yourprogram.org. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook) cannot be used.
• Your program's IRS EIN letter (CP 575 or 147C) or state behavioral health license as a PDF, JPG or PNG file (up to 3 documents).
• Authority to act for the program, such as an executive director, founder, compliance officer or admissions director.

How claiming works

1. Sign in with your work email. We email you a 6 digit verification code with no password required.
2. Find your listing by state and name, or click "Claim or correct this listing" on your program's profile page.
3. Enter your program's legal name and EIN, your name, role and phone, and upload your verification documents.
4. Our team reviews your submission against your program's website and regulatory records.
5. Once approved, your profile displays "Claimed by the program" and unlocks immediate editing in your portal dashboard.

Our ethical guardrails: what we never do

• Never charge per lead, per call, or per admission: Claiming and editing your baseline listing is free, and our Verified Partner tier and Sponsored showcase tiers are billed only at a flat monthly rate in the provider portal. We never broker patients or take referral commissions.
• Never sell family or patient data to brokers: We do not run a call center or auction leads across multiple facilities. Participating verified programs get a dedicated forwarding number that rings their own admissions line directly; we count calls using a one-way hash of the caller's number, never record or transcribe calls, and email your admissions team via Paubox after each call (including the caller's number if a call was missed so you can call back, or two yes/no outcome links if answered). Participating verified profiles may also enable an optional insurance verification form that sends HIPAA-compliant Paubox encrypted email directly to your admissions team and our operator to coordinate benefits verification, without storing clinical or insurance fields in our website database. • Never waive credential checks: Every Verified Partner and every Sponsored program must hold active state licensing and pass our credential review before going live.
• Never publish your private verification documents: Your EIN letter, uploaded files, and personal contact details stay private in our review system.
