Preview. This site is still being built. Listings come from public directories (18 Sep 2026) and we have not checked them. How listings work

For treatment programs

If your program is listed on findingrehab.io, you can ask us to correct it or claim it. Being listed is free. Corrections are free. No program can pay to be listed or to rank higher.

Why your program is listed

Listings come from public online treatment directory listings of programs that list Medicaid, compiled 18 Sep 2026. When a listing matched a record in SAMHSA FindTreatment.gov, we used that record to fill in missing details, like a ZIP code or website.

We have not checked any listing with the program yet. Every page says so. Read how listings work for the details.

How to correct or claim your listing

A full claim process with a login is not ready yet. For now, we handle claims and corrections by email. Please include:

  • The program name and the address of its page on findingrehab.io
  • What is wrong, and what it should say
  • Your name and your role at the program
  • How we can confirm you work there. The simplest way is to write from an email address on your program's own website domain. We may also call you back at a number listed for the program on its state license or its website.

We may check a correction against public records, such as your state license, before we change a listing. If your program has closed or moved, tell us and we will update or remove the listing.

What we will never do

  • Charge you to be listed or to correct a listing
  • Sell a higher position, a featured spot or a badge
  • Sell leads, or sell or share information about the people who use the site
  • Let any business relationship change whether you are listed, what your listing says or where it appears. Read about who builds this site and our conflict of interest.

How we show your details

Phone
We show the number from public listings as plain text, with its source. If your listing shows a call center or tracking number, tell us your direct admissions number and how we can confirm it.
Medicaid
We show "Lists Medicaid" with a reminder that families should confirm their plan with you. We do not list specific Medicaid plans yet.
Other coverage
We show other coverage your listing names as "Other coverage listed," with the same reminder.
Accreditation
We show "Accreditation listed" until we can confirm it with the accreditor. We link families to the CARF and Joint Commission lookups.
Levels of care
We show the kinds of care your listing names, in plain language, and anything it says you do not offer. We do not assign ASAM levels.

Our plan for checking listings

Today every listing is marked only as listed. We plan to add checks one step at a time, with a date on each:

  1. Listed. In use now. Found in public listings.
  2. License checked, with a date. Planned. We will look up your license with the state agency.
  3. Verified by findingrehab.io, with a date. Planned. We will confirm key facts with you and with public records.

Claiming a listing will not mark it as checked. A step will only show when we have a dated record of the check behind it. None of these checks will cost you anything.

Our phone line

The only phone number findingrehab.io promotes on its own pages is the free SAMHSA National Helpline. We do not run a call center, and we do not route calls to any program.
